Pastoral Search Committee
Prayer: O God of truth, help us in
our desire to take risks for the sake of your purposes. Set us free from those
things that bind us. Help us to see and
embrace the new things you are doing in order that we may be open to the new
life Christ offers. Give us strength and
courage to face difficult truths in order to free our church to follow you more
fully. Let your peacefulness surround us

TURPIN COMMUNITY JOINT CHURCH RETREAT AND WORSHIP at Camp
Gibson on August 17-18. It will include
Saturday evening meal, camfire singing, overnight
sleeping for those interested, Sunday breakfast, joint worship service, smorgasboard
dinner by the camp chef, water slide and swimming. No services at Turpin churches on August 18.
An alternative worship service for those not able to to
to Camp Gibson will be held at the Turpin Senior
Center at 11:00 a.m.
HARVEST MISSION CELEBRATION will be on September 8 with Austin Regiers
Family giving a musical concert
TURPIN FOOD PANTRY fundraiser meal on October 6, 2019,
12:00 noon, at the Turpin Baptist Church.
