UPCOMING EVENTS

TODAY - ALL-AMERICAN CHEERLEADERS AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD DINNER & SILENT AUCTION 11:30-1:30 at the Turpin School cafeteria.  Money raised will help pay for the cheerleaders trip to Macy’s Day Parade in NYC and Turpin Mascot to participate in Citrus Bowl in Florida.  Cheerleaders are Saylor Parker, Sammi Batt, Gwyn Hannah, Ani Vazquez, and Jia Anguiano.

 

THURSDAY - TRUNK OR TREAT – 5:30 – 7:00 pm at the Turpin School Parking Lot.  Come participate and hand out candy, setup games, and be a part of the community.

 

NEXT SUNDAY – Pastors Appreciation Carry-In Lunch after Sunday School.

NEWS AND NOTES

PACKING PARTY – November 17th during Sunday School all are invited to join as we will be packing the shoeboxes for the Operation Christmas Child Sunday School Project.  **Bring in your stuff for the boxes – Time is running out!!

 

WEDNESDAY NIGHT YOUTH DINNER: December 4th at Turpin Methodist Church.  We will be in charge of the meal that night.  Please see Karen if you want to help.

 

CASSETTE RECORDINGS of worship services will be done if

you request it ahead of time from the Sound Person or Pastor.

A cassette player will be available to play the cassette tape.

 

PRAYER CHAIN:  If you would like to put a friend on the

prayer chain, please get permission from that person or a family

member to do so and then contact a deacon.

Supply suggestions: Toys and “WOW” items, stuffed animals, clothing items, small musical instruments, soccer ball/football w/ manual air pump, dolls, trucks/cars.
