DEACONS meeting next Sunday, September 30.
MELINDA MCGLASSON contemporary Christian music artist from
Guymon, will be the keynote speaker for the Panhandle Baptist Association
Womens Fall event at Turpin Baptist Church on October
6. All area women are invited. Childcare provided. Registration by Sept. 26 is $25.00. See info in mailroom.
HARVEST MISSION SUNDAY will be on Sunday, October 7 with guest
speaker Joe Sawatsky from Mennonite Mission
Network. We will plan for a Carry In Meal that Sunday. The Harvest Mission offering will be
split between our speakers expenses and the Machado Sunday school project of
helping a jobless Romanian
family begin a self-supporting business in Spain.

TURPIN FOOD PANTRY fundraiser of a Spaghetti meal on
Sunday, October 21, 12:00 noon, at Turpin Baptist Church. Each church is asked

SPECIAL MUSIC GROUP to lead singing and do special music
during our Sunday worship on October 21. Some of you may have heard them sing
at Church Retreat at Gibson Camp.
SUNDAY SCHOOL OFFERINGS for the September to
November quarter will go to help our missionaries in Spain, Francisco
and Juanita Machado, with a special project.
They will be helping a low income Romanian family begin a business.
